01-开发篇——针对新客户开发

主题Re: New Supplier Offer for XXX From XXXXX/ Name+Date

Dear XXX

We manufacture XXX products. I believe our price will be cheaper at least 10% than your current supplier for the same quality products.

Free samples and E-catalog will be provided if needed.

主题New Supplier吸引。

价格吸引,不管是真的还是假的,客户可能会联系。

免费样品和目录吸引。一般客户对免费样品和目录会感兴趣的,发给对的人,基本上会回复。

02-开发篇——针对联系过的老客户

主题:Re:New Offer for XXX From XXXXX/ Name+Date

格式:Subject:Offer+Product Name from +Company Name/ Your Name+Date

Dear XXX,

Long time no your news. How are you doing these days? Hope everything goes quite well with you.

Is there any inquiry about cloths, Gloves, Wrist/heel straps, Mat, Sticky mat, Chair, Tapes and some other Products ? We would like to send you free samples for most of our products. Kindly please contact us if you are interested in them.

By the way, The price for some of products you inquiried was updated. Please email me back if you need to know the new price.

不同的客户用不同的开发信,这两个是我用的最平凡的,也是最有效的。

03-报价篇——标准报价

标题多次提到公司名和自己的名字,让客户记住你,这一点在后期邮件跟进中会起到非常大作用

第一段再次提到公司名和自己的名字,并且Manufacture 后面即使不是你们生产的,也可以这样写,因为客户希望你是manufacturer.

正文报价简洁明了,价格可以加粗,很多外面人,包括一些老外贸业务员经常在报价中忘记报运费条款和付款条款,如果这个没有写,客户会再次邮件问你,这样就加长了谈判时间。

最后有一个勾引,就是样品勾引,记住,每一份封邮件给客户,一定要有一个问句或者选择句,这样可以牵着客户的鼻子走。而不是让客户牵着你的鼻子走。

04-报价篇——快速报价

Dear XXX
